Is this application capable of doing BillPay with BofA?

Just an opinion--How about using the bank's own process. The setup for PNC is very simple for example. I remember that BofA has something similar. The only disadvantage is that you would have to continue to manually enter the transactions.

Yes, I can use BofA's billpay feature, provided this bank is supported. Is it?

BofA is supported. You may need to have your account enabled for direct downloads through bank and there may be a fee associated with it.
