I have not used my money for a few months and of course can't remember my password.
Is there a way to reset the password? I had not gotten very far with setting things up, so can I create a new account?

If it is a password on our servers, such as forums, licensing, wiki, etc we can reset it.

If it is a password to your money file we can't help it in this situation. We use a very high grade custom encryption and there are no workarounds to it.

Most likely you will need to start a new file.

I believe it is on my Mac, so will just create new account.
