How to set up a bank connection

Giving the program a try on a Mac, 1st thing I should say is it should have a help file.. and now my question.
I see that the program has the option of "Auto sync bank data" but I don't see how to set it up.. can some one please explain.

1) Please create an account first by going through File-New-New Account

2) Click on Setup bank connection on Account Tools

3) Please select your Bank from the list of available banks at Accounts Held At list

4) If the bank supports autosync it will have a small radiating antenna icon displayed to its name

5) When you select the bank that supports that autosync all of the bank connection fields will be filled out, except for the user name and password

6) You will need to contact your bank to obtain a user name / password for direct connections, once you have them you can click on Test Connection and then on Save

7) Once the connection is validated and saved My Money will connect to the bank and automatically synchronize your account data between bank and your money file.
