License and Subscription Issue

I've just discovered the difference between a license and a subscription. I downloaded the latest update and had the popup box bugging me to reinstall or validate the license. I tried several times before discovering the difference I just mentioned.

So, I am now in the position of having, apparently, an update partially installed that will not allow me even to access my older version. At present, therefore, I have no capability to run MyMoney, even the older version to which I am entitled. How do I revert to that from where I am now while I decide whether or not to renew my subscription?

We can help you with that, if you give us either a license # or a name, we can point you to the last version your license allows you to upgrade to, please also tell us if it is for a Mac, Windows or Linux as the versions are different,
