Cannot connect to bank or import any type of files

I'm finding this really frustrating. I'm running OS 10.5.2 and I'm a Chase customer, so it's not like I've got an obscure set-up. I cannot get any type of file to load into the register. I either get an error message or an "import complete" message -- but no data is visible in the register.

We have a number of people complaining about Chase downloads, we are looking into it.
Once we find whats causing this we will post a fix outside of a normal release cycle,
most likely within next few days

So you know we have identified the issues with Chase signups, the fix will go through QA and will be made available Tue/Wed as build 29

Whew. That's good news. I thought I was going crazy.

I hope to be able to use the product, because it looks great. I just need one or the other to work (either autoconnect or downloading transactions) and right now neither is working.

I'm finding a problem connecting as well to USAA Federal Savings Bank. Keep getting a long error message about a bad OFX connection. Not a big deal, but would be nice to be able to do it. I can still download and import though, which will work. Thanks!

Bad OFX connection as in bad user name password or something else ?
You mind taking a screenshot and posting it here ?

Thanks

Here's the capture of the error message. Hopefully it will help, or perhaps clear up what I'm doing wrong.

What this means is that the bank did not return back any data and it also didn't bother of returning any error code indicating at what happened.

Most likely their OFX server is either disconnected or not functioning properly. It is also possible that there is an extra step and you need to "enable"
your account for OFX downloads, many banks require that.

I would suggest at this point to contact the bank and ask whether you need to do anything extra to enable your account.

Many thanks. I'll see what they say and try that. I do appreciate the help.

I am also having some issues relating to online & importing. I seem to be unable to create a username & password for my data file. I also cannot import QIF from Quicken for Mac 2007 or connect to any of my online accounts as of yet.

These minor bugs aside, looks like MyMoney is going to be a "Quicken Killer".
