can't access bank

Postby kscotto@msn.com » Sat Oct 11, 2008 8:25 am

I'm trying the software but it won't download from Wachovia. I keep getting an error message. (Just FYI, iBank, with the same info., did download without a hitch). I'd like to try it out, but can't if it can't get the online transactions.

Some banks limit their connectivity to selected applications, if you don't mind you can try changing AppId/Appver on the bank setup dialog and see if this solves the problem

For example, you can enter QWIN/1600 to login as from Quicken 2007

Please see this list for other possible id's:

http://wiki.mthbuilt.com/Tweaking_OFX_Connections

Please let us know if this solves your problem

Thanks

Thanks. That didn't do it. I tried both Wachovia and zWachovia with QWIN and QMOFX. Too bad it can't work.
