Duplicate transactions problem still available in .33

After exporting the .csv file from MS Money I encountered the duplicate transactions problem when importing it in My Money. Even after the dectivation of duplicate detection days the things were not corrected.

Any info regarding this issue as I have seen that it sould have been solved by the .33 release?

We are publishing build 2.0.35 later today where bringing down duplicate detection window to 0 completely disables it.

This should close your issue, please download it when it becomes available

It was working BUT only using QIF, not CSV file. CSV was still discarding the duplicate entries and I had to take each account, export it as QIF from MS Money, than importing it in My Money as QIF.

So, my suggestion would be to try to implement it also for CSV as your description about the import focuses only on CSV. Also, some people could be annoyed and they either will not find the solution with QIF or just say that the software is not working, which is true from their perspective.

We are tracking an open issue that is related to duplicates in CSV, this is separate from yours but very similar.

Fix will be made available shortly
