Trouble Recognizing DB and Reinstalling License

I'm migrating to a new computer and have tried re-install my license, date 9 March 2015. It won't let me. I threw out the old app just in case it was corrupted and tried a new install using 2.0.91, but still nothing. Do I need an older version? It won't recognize the old db or backups, either.

The message box says, "License not valid" and "Installed license not eligible for further extensions." The License Utility says it is and correctly identifies me.

Everything's good now, thanks. It needed a new license. I appreciate the help.
