Reconciling window doesn't carry forward "ending balance"

I've only recently purchased MyMoney 2.0.90. I've reconciled twice so far. This time I had a bank charge & entered it in the reconcile window along with my bank's ending balance. However, when I clicked to go to the next window, my "ending balance" changed (reverted) my checking account's current balance. Thus making it impossible to balance my checkbook.
Attached are two screen shots showing the entered bank balance and fee, and then the changed balance on the next page.

I found that if I entered the bank fee manually (as a transaction in my checking account) then the "ending balance" would not change & I could balance my books.

This flaw seems serious enough, that I thought I should bring it to your attention.

Can you clarify something for us:

Lets say your balance at the end of the period was: $8.00
Bank fee entered through adjustments dialog: ($2.00)

Ending balance should be: $8-$2=$6.00

Because the fee usually comes at the end of the cycle on the printed or e-statement we mark it as pre-reconciled

So the end balance in the reconcile dialog is shown as: $6.00

Does that not happen in your case?
