I've imported from MyMoney to MyMoney Live...

Postby Nightowl » Fri Nov 07, 2014 3:38 pm

But not all the 'detail' has been transferred with the transactions.

For example, every single transaction is shown with the down-pointing arrow. I'm assuming this shows an imported transaction.

Because of this, I now have to change the status of each transaction to Reconciled. when I do this, though, I get a "System Error: null" error. Is this because the 'other' side of the transaction isn't reconciled and, if I'm correct, is there a way around this, please?

Thank you.

Hello,

Exporting qif and then re-importing it is not practical, QIF is an unprecise format not suitable for this task. We have a version of MyMoneyLive that can work with desktop backup files, could you please wait a bit until we make it available.

Thanks,

Sure thing :-)

Would you be able to reset my account then, please? I've deleted the accounts themselves, but each payee and transaction category has to be deleted one by one!

Thank you,

Pete
