Have tried to download accounts in money live its been downloading for 3 hours is this normal, also if I do them one at a time they don't balance ??? any ideas or am I doing something wrong

What do you mean "download" accounts? Were you trying to login into the app and it took longer than usual or you are exporting the data out?

I exported the data to QIF from money on my hard drive then imported that QIF file in money live.
When I do this the correct details are in the payments column and deposits column but on the left side where it gives you the total account balances from different accounts is way out, it does not balance with what is in the balance column on the right side

Have finally worked out how what the problem was with on balancing,the problem lies in that you need to open up each account and give them starting balance as the starting balance for some reason does not transfer over when you upload the QIF file.

After spending quiet a bit of time getting all the accounts to live I have decided that it is far to slow in updating new deposits and debits on live, until you can speed up the process i will be using dropbox as this works great for me, it also gives the accountant access and is super fast in uploading new entries

the new version is coming, we are adding file transfer between desktop and online versions without need for qif conversions

That's great will be easier to use, so are you saying that it will update both when the program is closed, the same as Dropbox does, also an app for ipad would be great as I use ipad quiet a lot and portability would be great
