I hope you can help me set up my loan accounts. Have a small mortgage business. Used MSMoney 2006 successfully for years, just bought MacBook Air & your program. Have read all I can find in set up instructions. Set up 2 accounts that sort of function, however I have to calculate each $ entry manually (interest & principal).
While setting up account, am asked borrowing or lending (I click lending which doesn't hold- account shows up as liability), interest rate (which doesn't factor), doesn't calculate any loan length or balloon amounts. As a matter of fact this loan wizard will not allow me to set the monthly payment amount on the note. I'm so frustrated!!!!

Could you please email us the details of you account, the loan length , iterest rate etc and what is the payment you are trying to arrive at - we will try to model it
