Missing Accounts

Have just logged on to My Money and much of it is missing.

What can I do?

Using a Mac computer.

Couple of suggestions:

1) Have you opened your work file or it is an older version? Please search your Mac for folder named moneyDb, once found please note the location and try to open it through File-Open-Open File Menu

2) perhaps your accounts are intact but are not visible for some reason, please switch into Acount Manager tab and see if the accounts are there and if so whether they are marked favorite or not (only favorites are usually shown on the Chart of Accounts)

I am still having problems and have not been able to open a file.

Tried finding money Db both by using Spotlight and manual search but can only see money DB which I am still unable to open.

In the My Money which I am able to open I only have a few accounts but no transactions.

Hope you can help I only have moderate knowledge of computers.

I have now had some help in locating My Money files and they are now all in their own folder.

Could we try once more please?
