Greetings,

I have been searching for a way to find my institutes OFX info. I know it worked in Quicken, but it was a blind "point and click" connection.

The institution is Service Credit Union (http://www.servicecu.org).

Thanks in advance.

We actually purchase Banks OFX data from a 3rd party provider that acts as a clearinghouse, they verify and validate information before we make it available in My Money. If your bank is not in our database they most likely they don't have open access and must have had some sort of a private deal with Intuit only.

The information we have for Service Credit Union is that they want users to use their Online services at
https://www.servicecuonline.org/onlineserv/HB/

This indicates that there is no direct connection from My Money and one would need to login to the account first, download the account activity locally and then import it into My Money using File-Import operation

Thanks for the immediate reply.

I have been using the Service Credit Union's online banking system for some time now and I am aware on how I can export to My Money with no problems. I was just hoping that I could have had the information auto-magically updated.

Are there any future plans on obtaining more banks OFX data through your 3rd party provider (perhaps mine ;) )? I don't think it is only Intuit that they have dealings with, I was able to access it with MS Money and an online bank (sorry, I can't remember which at the moment).

As I am on a evaluating this software, I would like to know all I can before fully committing.

Thanks again,

We will ask our providers to look into Service Credit Union situation.

However, since its out of our hands we can't commit to a resolution date.

Thanks

Understood on the time-line, thanks for the up front answer. This is a VERY nice application, I do hope that it remains on the path of success and more support is gained.

I really enjoy how sleek it looks and the ease of use within Mac OS X 10.5. So far so good! :D
