Adding Securities to an Equity Account

I'm trying to set up an existing IRA account and want to add my positions. I've followed the manual into the Portfolio Manager, Portfolio Tools but nothing happens when I click on Add a new Position. Can you advise what I'm doing wrong?

You need to select a portfolio in which the position is going to be kept, please create or select an existing portfolio first, then click on Add a new Position, the position dialog will be displayed,
