Error connecting to Fidelity

Postby philh4 » Thu Sep 25, 2008 2:53 pm

I am trying to connect to Fidelity Investments but am unable to. I keep getting the following message:

Unable to connect to Fidelity Investments Error Code Unable to download data: 2000
Message:Account List Error

Anyone know what the problem might be?

Thanks in advance.

Thank you. I did as instructed. Once I switched to debug mode I tried to connect to Fidelity; I entered my logon info then pushed the "test" button but received the same message. I then did a search for a log but couldn't find the one you named, nothing that had anything to do with MyMoney. I tried to connect again with the same result - no log. I know it's hard for you to tell but can you think of anything I'm doing wrong?

If you are on Mac/Linux then your logs are not visible to the search.

Do the following:

1) enable log file, as per instructions

2) try to connect to the bank from within My Money and see if it fails

3) open up the mac terminal application

type in in the command line

cp ~/.mymoney/ofx_debug.log ~/Desktop

press enter

This will copy the log file to your desktop, if you minimize all windows you will see it

Thanks
