Unable to make a UK Bank Connection

Hello,

Just getting to grips with this software as I have been a MS Money user until I recently swapped to a Macbook Pro. I have just updated to your latest version of MyMoney and all is well. I have tried to set up the online connection to my bank HSBC in the UK but I do not know what the ORG FID and QFX Server info is that I need! Does the connection not work for UK bank accounts? Please can you advise me.

Have you been able to download direct with HSBC before, with any other software ( for example Microsoft Money or Quicken)?
