Downloaded Payee Name not matching Transaction Payee name

Hi MTH

I have Payees that use the Ampersand within there name. When setup as Payees they might look like C&G or B&Q. When I download bank transactions for these payees they are imported as Payee names 'And Amp G' and 'And Amp Q' respectively. The OFX data for B&Q looks like this: <NAME>B &amp; Q</NAME>

What happens is that the downloaded Payee no longer matches the transaction Payee in My Money and so the transactions do not match. Of course I can change the Payee within My Money to state And Amp Q but that is not what the payee name is.

Any ideas how to solve this.

Does adding a synonym to the payee name help? We will add conversion code on our end as well, it makes sense
