Thank you so much for your fix and your quick answers.
If you wish to have a more standard international Spanish version of your software -not with strict venezuelan flavor-,please tell your Spanish translator to:
1. Translate "seguridades" to either "acciones" or "activos" (which are "stocks" or "assets", the latter including stocks, bonds and derivatives). "Seguridades" may have something to do with finance in Venezuela, but I think this was a lazy straight translation as it literally translates to "safeties" in English, yep.
2. Correct where it appears "órden" to "orden" without accentuating the "o". That's a basic spelling mistake not tolerable in any serious software.
3. Substitute "manejador" for "gestor" whenever that translates "manager".
4. Substitute "portafolio" for "cartera" which is the standard financial denomination of "portfolio" in all the textbooks I own.
5 In "Reconciliar ésta cuenta", the "e" in the word "esta" is never accentuated according to the most basic spelling and grammar rules.
6. In "Ultima reconciliada", the "U" of "ultima" has to be accentuated. That one really hurts my eyes!
7. "run calculator" cannot be translated to "correr calculadora" but to "iniciar calculadora" or simply "calculadora".
8. Very important: the accounting terminology for "deposit" and "withdrawal" in Spanish is "abono" and "cargo", if one uses nouns, or the verbs "abonar" and "cargar". That translation would be pristine, but if you prefer plainer language "withdrawal" cannot be tranaslated to "retiro" which means "retirement"! It has to be translated to "retirada".
That's my tiny contribution to your great software. If you wish your software in Catalan, just tell me!
