I need some clarification. My previous settings for American Express stopped working so I tried this link, but I have been getting a 503 error if I try to go directly to that link, or some other error if I try it from inside my money. I noticed that the link has been truncated. Is that the reason for my failure? If so, what is missing?

It is possible now to do a manual download from their secure website, so I did that this weekend.

Following is a rant, you can skip it if you find it boring.

I believe that Chase Bank has decided that manual downloads will be the only type of download offered for their credit cards. This means lots of extra steps for us, unless someone is smart enough to write scripts to re-automate these downloads.

1) Please open Setup Bank Connection for American Express in MyMoney

2) In the OFX URL field please replace the old address with this:

3) Click Test, the connection should work if you provide valid user name and password, then press Save.
