New loan problems

Hello,

1- the first future loan payment is displayed in report while register is empty.

To reproduce :

New mmy db (current date : Jan 7, 2010 ; current version : 2.0.50)

Create new Standard Ckecking Account : CheckAcc

Create new Loan Account : LoanAcc

Edit account details of LoanAcc
New loan wizard : choose Mortgage

Introduce Loan Ammount = 100000 ; Annual Interest Rate = 4.5 ; Loan Length = 15

Reports and Charts

Generate Profit and Loss (Current Month) report

The report for January displays a sub-total amount for Expense Loan of -375.00 corresponding to the interest
to be paid in February ... BUG(3). The registers for CheckAcc and LoanAcc are empty.

2- it is not possible to change the Loan Start Date

Edit account details of LoanAcc
Edit Memorized Payment for LoanAcc
Change Payment Start Date from Feb 10, 2010 to Jan 8, 2010 : OK
Recalculate

The Start Date and the End Date have not been updated ... BUG(4)
