Check nmber increment

I am a new user and am trying out the software.

Is there a way to automatically increment check numbers, such as in MS Money or other programs?

Pressing +/- in the check number field will roll-up/roll-down check numbers

Thanks for your reply.

Pressing + or - in the check number field does not change the number. It registers a + or - or an = sign if the shift is not pressed.

Sounds as if I have a problem.

The check number field is a drop-down box that has choices of E-Pay, ATM, etc.

When your cursor is positioned inside of check number field and you press + or - it will roll check numbers from the last check number entered into the register.

You may want to press +/- on the numeric portion of the keyboard, if you don't have this portion because you have a short keyboard then you will need to press Shift when pressing +, otherwise you will get = instead.
