Update 2.0.49 and OFX error code

I just downloaded update #49 and was successful (I think) on the 3rd try. However when I now try to connect to one banking institution I get the message "Unable to connect-Error Code Empty OFX Message". I've verified that the service is activated on my account. Prior to this update, I had no problem downloading transactions. When I select "autosync bank data" - I get the message "no accounts linked to a bank...".
This is on a Macbook Pro.

Is the bank you are trying to connect is Chase?

If so, there is a known issue with Chase, they underwent a technical upgrade during the weekend of Nov 15th and that broke their OFX connectivity.

As a stop gap measure you may want to download the statements manually to your desktop and import them through File/Import, until this is resolved

No, the bank I am trying to connect to is Compass Bank.
No problem downloading statements...hopefully the automatic feature can be updated at some point.
