Data Entry Feature Request

When entering bills or other items, the quick list which pops up is case sensitive. It would be nice for the list to not be case sensitive, so I do not have to remember to follow proper capitalization. This issue mostly occurs on the Category and Sub-Category entry values when working on a register (the paynee name would be a nive to have).
