I download transactions thru quicken via the qfx connection so I know I am set up for this type of transaction but when I try to connect using My Money I am getting "Error code unable to download data:2000". If you have any ideas that would be great!!

Could you please follow steps outlines in http://wiki.mthbuilt.com/How_to_debug_Bank_connection

Once you have a connection log please take a look and see if there are any obvious error codes.
Otherwise we would like to take a look at it, if you don't mind please send it to
info@mthbuilt.co, please sanitazie first, i.e. remove all personal information before sending connection log.

What version of the software you are running ?

If you run Extensions/Version check plug-in, what does it say ?

2.0.3.0

Mac/Windows/Linux ?

If it is a Mac, what is the output of "ls ~/.mymoney" from terminal window ?

If I am just typing that into the terminal. Just as is I am getting "No such file or directory"

Open up a terminal on mac

type in, without quotes:

ls ~/.mymoney

What is the output of that ?

config mymoney.layout ofx_debug.log system

we want to see this ofx_debug.log

this where your communicaiton information with banks is kept.
