Error downloading from Charles Schwab

Good afternoon

I seem to have a bit of a problem on my hands trying to import the ofx data from a Charles Schwab checking account. When testing the connection is works great, no problem there. When I go to download the data it throws an error saying it was unable to download the data. However it does grab the data, I know this because the error message contains all the latest transactions.

How do you go about resolving this? I have the logs of successful downloads from TD Banknorth and the unsuccessful Charles Schwab ones. I also have a screenshot of the error message which is only partial because it takes up the whole screen.

Using Build 30 - 06/28/2008

It is hard to say without seeing the logs, but my guess that this is because Schwab is a brokerage and they classify their
accounts as investment accounts, not a regular banking accounts. We have seen this before with TD Waterhouse as well as Fidelity Investments checking accounts.

We don't support investment accounts in this version of My Money, we have a Investments module that is being worked on but it hasn't been distributed yet.

If you want us to examine the problem further please send us the exception log, please sanitize it first, remove all the personal data. Please send to info@mthbuilt.com.

Ok, as soon as I cleanup the logs I'll send them over. I will send the screenshot of the error as well after I white-out a bunch of transactions.

When do you expect the investment module to be ready?

Thanks.
