Hello,

Please switch to List Manager view, click on Financial Institutions on the left, click on Add new, fill out details about your Financial Institution, click Ok.

Your newly added bank will appear in the list of financial institutions used throughout the application.

The default system list that we distribute with My Money is compiled by a 3rd party vendor and it is not user-editable

Thanks,

Hello,

FID,OFXID etc are proprietary banks information, in most cases banks actually charge money, such as monthly access fees or activation fees to their customers so they don't make this information available to general public.

Does your bank allow direct synchronization with Quicken or Microsoft Money? If they do, please call them and try to get this information from their technical support personnel. If they don't then chances are they simply don't have OFX servers setup for customer access. You would need to download the information manually through their website, save it to your desktop and then import it into My Money,

Thanks,
