Profit/Loss Report Totals

I'm trying to put a Profit and Loss (Custom) report together for the current year. I select Payees, Categories and Accounts. When the report runs, of the income categories, it only totals 2 of the items out of 6. I went back and made sure all of the categories were of the same type. Have I missed something?

There is an issue on P&L custom reports that was reported last week.
This will be fixed in 2.0.46,

We are in release QA at this point, so preliminary 08/19-08/22 timeframe
