+ Many improvements on downloaded data matching:
We now match data by statistically significant string
fragments and allow to fine-tune this through options.
We use N-Gram analysis (@see wiki) and Markov
chaining to calculate internal data rankings.
+ Added Canadian Banks information to the master bank file
