I just downloaded the software and can't back-up. How do I save or do I have to wait for email confirmation to do so? I'm afraid to close it because I already input some info!!

Hello,

My Money uses database to store your data and as such you don't need to "Save" your transactions, once entered into the register they are saved automatically without you having to do anything else.

Make note of the location of your database in the title bar of the program, next time you open My Money it should open your database automatically, if not you always can open it yourself by going through File-Open and navigating to your database manually.

If you want to backup your database you can use File-Data Maintenance-Backup functionality for manually backing up database into a zip file. You can also automate your backups so they are performed automatically every time you exit the software.
