No, we haven't been able to reproduce this.

Does this happen on a regular basis and what are the hardware specs of your computer (CPU speed/Memory)

Thanks,

Couple more questions, how many transactions and what is the operating system?

You can get the number of transactions running the following SQL command from My Money console

Code: Select all
runsql ("select count(*) from mmy_transaction");

Could you please upgrade to the latest version if you haven't already done so, you can get it from http://www.mthbuilt.com/download.html

How does the slow scrolling exhibit itself, you click on a arrow down and the scrolling lags or there is more to it?

Upgraded to 2.0.41

Scrolling lag presents in the following ways:

1. Selection of registry item has a significant lag from mouse click to highlight
2. Scrolling with the mouse wheel or using scroll arrows does not begin immediately, and when it starts it overscrolls, and does not respond right away to mouse wheel or scroll arrows to stop.
3. Selection of an account under "Chart of Accounts" lags after clicking on the account; same lag is sometimes observed when selecting a registry entry

Thanks for your help!

We are looking into it; 4 thousand of transactions is not significant at all, we have installations exceeding 100 thousand of transactions working fine, so it must be be something else

We will try to reproduce this in the lab,

Thanks

Please note that similar delayed scrolling was observed by: "New User-Questions & Observations"

Thanks for your timely responses and attention to my post. Great customer service!
