Transaction download

I am a new user (former Quicken for many years) using A MacBook. I am canadian and I am a little confused with the way the Bank setup works. Could someone tell me where do I find all the information requested in the Setup dialog

In our experience, if your bank is not listed in the list of available banks within My Money or it doesn't have radiating antenna icon next to it then it is highly unlikely that it supports direct downloads.

You may still be able to download the statements manually if the banks allows you to get your transactions data in a QIF or OFX formats
