I prefer to keep my register set at View: Unreconciled Transactions, Sorted by Date (Increasing), but when I sort, the balance column doesn't sort with it. I have my preferences set to calculate running balance: follow register sorting, but it doesn't seem to work. What am I doing wrong? I am running My Money 2.0.40 on Mac OS X 10.5.6

We would like to see a screenshot with the problem, it very well could be a bug because we redid some of the sorting flows in build 40
You can take a screen shot right from My Money, build 40 includes a screen capture utility under Help/Screen Capture

Yes, I think I've hit this porblem too - it looks like the running balance shows the balance at date entered, not by the date it is sorted by.

We are looking into it, Hope was kind enough to send us a screenshot so we are trying to figure out if this is something that we broke in the build 40

It is our problem, will be fixed in build 41,
