What do the 996.996.996 at the bottom right hand corner mean? How to you clear reconciled transactions?

The numbers are: Currently Selected Row: Total Rows in the Register Table: Transactions Count in the Register Table

So in your case of 996.996.996 means that you have selected the last row in your table, there are total 996 rows and 996 transactions

When you filter the table, for example show only unreconciled transactions or apply a word filter, the row count will decrease but transaction count will remain the same

In MyMoney once the transaction is reconciled you don't need to futher clear it, you can simply switch the register view to not show it, please click a dropdown header on top of your register and chose View: Show Unreconciled Transactions Only
