Dropbox is a great service and we use it ourselves. Having said that - it is a 3rd party software that may or may not work in your particular situation, we can't guarantee that it will correctly work.
The key in using dropbox (or similar services) is not to use 2 running versions of MyMoney at the same time. MyMoney locks your data first time it starts, so if you start it again on a different computer your data will remain locked.
You will not be able to use drop-box based files simultaneously, in other words if you start MyMoney on computer #1 then please quit it before starting MyMoney on computer #2
As always, please make sure to keep backups of your data, MyMoney has an internal automatic backup you just need to enable it
