Bank Connection

Postby richsn » Sun Jan 18, 2009 9:58 am

Good Morning All!
I've downloaded the trial version after reading many favorable reviews. I'm running it on a iMac 2.0 Gig Intel with OS 10.411 and a TiBook 667 mhz with OS 10.4. It looks like I've finally found my solution to Quicken! I'm having problems connecting to Wachovia (zWachovia) and Bank of America. I'm getting the error message "Unable to connect to zWachovia Error code Empty OFX Message". I've made sure that I entered the correct account info and I've tried to change the Appld to Money Plus (1700) and to other versions of Quicken with the same results. I've also verified the bank connection settings. I have been able to download account info using Quicken and Money Plus (running on Parallels). Any suggestions?

I'm having very similar problems. I'm getting the error above and also one that states "Error Code Unable to download data: 15500". I also have a Mac and run Quicken but in VMWare's Fusion. I know all of the log-ins and so forth are correct and the accounts are functioning. Specific accounts I'm having trouble with are USAA (Savings and Checking) and credit card account through AmEx and USBank.

Perhaps instead of PMing some suggestions, you can post them here in the event others also run into this. Many thanks.

Hello,

We are a bit leery to discuss connection issues in public as there is a risk of inadvertently posting private/sensitive information either by you or by us

Thanks
