Is there a feature to sync two computers, one mac, one windows, and one account?
Or use an offsite web storage of the file?

Internally we tend to use:

1) dropbox

2) microsoft mesh

3) shared networked folder

4) memory sticks

5) combination of any of the above

We are also aware of .mac and mobile me accounts, but don't have experience with those

The most popular option is dropbox by far, older versions sometime corrupted files so you would need to have automatic backup switched on
