I am at the end of my trial of My Money on my Mac. So far, I'm not impressed. The biggest problem is no matter what I try, I cannot connect to my bank (it's not listed) or download my info (QIF file) to reconcile my account like I could with Microsoft Money on my PC. When I click on File>Import Data>Import QIF File, I cannot choose "Accept"--that is grayed out and my only option is to cancel, therefore my transactions cannot be downloaded and my account cannot be reconciled.

I am so frustrated. Before I purchase this software, has My Money fixed this problem with the new version currently available for download? I have seen on blogs that I am not the only one with this problem, so it's not operator error. Any help would be appreciated as I am at the end of my rope with financial software for the Mac.

You need to match the accounts first in order to import/download data

Thanks for your reply. Now that my free trial has expired and I can no longer get into My Money, is there a way to reactivate it for a day or so in order for me to try your suggestion to see if it works for me? I would hate to purchase it only to have the same problem.
